Launching exclusively at Turn Tables Grill inside Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, the PASTWICH transforms classic Italian pasta dishes into crave-worthy handheld delights—melding the soul of spaghetti and the satisfaction of a perfectly toasted sandwich.
What Is the PASTWICH?
Conceived by Marchese and brought to life by Executive Chef Gladis Lizarraga, the PASTWICH takes an artisanal ciabatta roll, hollows it out, and fills it with saucy pasta and TRIO’s signature bold flavors. The result? Comfort food reimagined for the arena experience—fun, indulgent, and totally irresistible.
