For a divine beginning to guests’ culinary journey, the tuna fusion starter combines avocado, mango, dragonfruit, kiwi, radish and a mango chili jus.
New, dynamic main courses include glazed duck and seared Chilean sea bass.
The pan-roasted duck breast is served with potato puree, truffle rainbow carrots, citrus endives, potato crumble and a balsamic soy reduction. Accompanied by matcha soba noodles, squid ink cream and parmesan roasted asparagus is the seared Chilean sea bass. A harmonious blend of flavor and texture in each dish is guaranteed to captivate guests’ palate with each bite.
In addition to dinner menu dishes, ette introduces an expertly curated sushi menu to Salt & The Cellar.
A high-quality selection of tuna, salmon, wagyu, freshwater eel and Japanese yellowtail can be served as nigiri or sashimi. Along with customizable options, five specialty rolls were crafted to provide distinct flavor combinations. The Pop Rockin roll features asparagus, cucumber, spicy crab and pop rocks while the Hot Mess roll is a sashimi poke with chuka wakame and spicy ponzu aioli.
