However, in the spirit of resilience, generosity, and community, Masters of Taste is proud to introduce Generous Plates – A Benefit for Union Station Homeless Services, a one-night-only premier dining experience set to take place on Sunday, April 6th, 2025, in the iconic Locker Rooms at the Historic Pasadena Rose Bowl!
This exclusive event will offer guests an intimate and immersive dining experience featuring Two Exquisite Five-Course Tasting Menus created by some of Los Angeles’ most celebrated Culinary Masters.
Accompanied by premier selections of Spirits, Cocktails, Wine, Beer, and Non-Alcoholic Beverages from top-tier Beverage Masters, and Delectable Desserts from L.A.’s top Sweet Masters, this night promises to be an unparalleled culinary journey.
A NIGHT OF INDULGENCE AND COMMUNITY SPIRIT:
Cocktail Party (4:30 PM – 6:30 PM | Court of Champions, Pasadena Rose Bowl)
To kick off the evening, 400 guests and sponsors will enjoy a Premier Cocktail Party featuring a luxurious and carefully curated Cheese Spread by Pasadena’s own Chef Vanessa and Thomas Tilaka Kalb of Agnes Restaurant & Cheesery, along with a selection of LA’s Finest Food Trucks, including Cerda Vega, Fat Boys, Rice Balls of Fire, and Stop Bye Café.
Premium beverages will be provided by Dulce Vida Tequila, Empress Gin, Mezcal 33, Smoke Lab Vodka, select Wines by Baja Wine Buzz, Craft Beer from Athletic Brewing Co. and Boomtown Brewery, and more.

Guests will then step into one of two Legendary Rose Bowl Locker Rooms, where 200 guests per room will partake in a Five-Course Tasting Menu expertly crafted by world-class chefs.

The iconic Rose Bowl Stadium Locker Rooms have hosted legends from football, soccer, and entertainment for nearly a century.
Originally absent when the stadium opened in 1922, they were later added and upgraded for major events like the 1994 FIFA World Cup and the 1984 Olympics. UCLA football and top-ranked Rose Bowl teams have favored the west locker room, while historic figures like Michael Jordan, Tom Brady, and Messi have prepped for greatness within its walls.
From Super Bowl I practices to concerts with Beyoncé and U2, these locker rooms have witnessed iconic speeches, victories, and Hollywood moments, making them a hidden hub of sports and entertainment history.

While this event replaces the 8th Annual Masters of Taste festival this year, its mission remains unchanged: to celebrate culinary artistry and give back to those in need.
100% of proceeds from Masters of Taste Presents: Generous Plates will directly benefit Union Station Homeless Services, supporting their critical programs and wildfire relief efforts for the Eaton Fire-affected Community.
Masters of Taste has raised nearly $3 Million, helping countless families and individuals find a place to call home. Union Station Homeless Services boasts a 97% Success Rate in permanently housing individuals, proving their commitment to long-term solutions for homelessness.
