Pappy Van Winkle and Eagle Rare CA wildfire relief for Sazerac’s exclusive bourbon fundraiser
Sazerac Company unites rarity, craftsmanship, and compassion in a first-of-its-kind bourbon charity event supporting California wildfire relief. The exclusive fundraiser offers whiskey enthusiasts the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to secure some of Buffalo Trace Distillery’s most coveted bottles — while aiding those impacted by the devastating fires across the state.
A Toast to Giving Back
Through the Sazerac California Wildfire Relief Fundraiser, 100% of proceeds will benefit World Central Kitchen (WCK) and Another Round Another Rally (ARAR) — two nonprofits providing meals, financial aid, and on-the-ground support to displaced families and hospitality workers across Southern California.
“Our hearts break for those who have been impacted by the devastating wildfires that have swept across California this year,”
Jake Wenz
President and CEO of Sazerac Company.
“Through this program we hope, humbly, to offer a small bit of aid to World Central Kitchen and Another Round Another Rally as they continue their much-needed support of the California community during this difficult time.”
Pappy Van Winkle and Eagle Rare CA wildfire relief
Beginning Tuesday, February 11 at 12 PM EST, whiskey collectors and philanthropists can bid and donate through SazeracGivesBack.com to enter the exclusive auctions and sweepstakes.

The Holy Grail of Bourbon: Pappy Van Winkle
Few bottles in the whiskey world command the reverence of Pappy Van Winkle — a name synonymous with patience, perfection, and prestige.
Aged up to 23 years and renowned for its velvety layers of caramel, spice, and oak, Pappy Van Winkle is often regarded as the “holy grail” of American whiskey. Its scarcity and cult following make every release an event unto itself.
The fundraiser will feature the first-ever single barrel of Pappy Van Winkle 15 Year Old ever made available for purchase — a truly unprecedented offering.
-
Each barrel yields approximately 125 bottles, making this auction one of the most historic in bourbon history.
-
Bidding begins at $10,000, with increments of $1,000.
-
Funds raised will be evenly split between World Central Kitchen and Another Round Another Rally.
Eagle Rare 25: The Pinnacle of Aged Bourbon
Joining the lineup is Eagle Rare 25, one of Buffalo Trace’s most admired releases and the oldest expression in the Eagle Rare portfolio.
Aged for an extraordinary 25 years in Warehouse P — a purpose-built structure designed to explore ultra-aged bourbon maturation — this bottle embodies balance, depth, and artistry.
With rich notes of dark fruit, leather, toffee, and oak, Eagle Rare 25 represents the apex of American bourbon excellence. Funds raised through its sweepstakes will benefit Another Round Another Rally.
