Wynn Revelry by Chef’s Table Sept 18–20: Everything You Need to Know

Wynn Revelry by Chef’s Table brings 30+ world-class chefs to Las Vegas September 18–20. Here’s the full lineup, events, and how to get tickets.

Eighty years ago, the first Las Vegas buffet opened at El Rancho Vegas. This September, Thomas Keller is going to reimagine it.

That sentence alone tells you something about what Wynn Revelry by Chef’s Table is trying to be.

The three-day culinary festival, September 18 through 20 at Wynn Las Vegas, brings together more than 30 internationally acclaimed chefs from five continents for a weekend built around the idea that food, at its highest level, is a form of storytelling. The partnership between Wynn Las Vegas and Chef’s Table, the brand behind the Emmy Award-winning Netflix series, is designed to do something the show itself cannot: close the distance between the audience and the artist.

The Lineup

The weekend opens Friday, September 18 with The Icons Dinner at The Buffet. Keller is joined by Marcus Samuelsson, Chris Bianco, Nina Compton, Asma Khan, Supaksorn “Ice” Jongsiri of Bangkok’s Sorn, Eric Kragh Vildgaard of Copenhagen’s Jordnær, and a roster of additional chefs still to be announced. A Champagne reception precedes what the organizers are calling an opulent reimagination of the buffet format — the most democratic dining institution Las Vegas ever produced, handed to some of the most precise culinary minds in the world.

Saturday brings The Feast, the centerpiece grand tasting event at Wynn’s Event Pavilion and Lawn. The chef list here skews global and exploratory: Serigne Mbaye of Dakar Nola, Rodolfo Guzmán of Santiago’s Boragó, Álvaro Clavijo of Bogotá’s El Chato, Alejandro Chamorro of Quito’s Nuema, Jaime Rodríguez of Cartagena’s Celele. General admission opens at 7:00 p.m.; VIP access begins at 6:00 p.m. and includes entry to the Chef and Celebrity Cook-Off, where chefs team with social creators to recreate signature dishes in a live competition format.

For Ultimate Off Menu package guests only, Saturday night extends into Club Gourmet at Encore Beach Club — a midnight experience combining chef-prepared bites, cocktails, and music in a format that exists nowhere else on the culinary festival circuit.

The weekend closes Sunday, September 20 with Grand Revelry Brunch at Mizumi, featuring live teppanyaki, sushi, pastries from Kate Reid of Melbourne’s Lune Croissanterie, and dishes from the full weekend roster. That evening, the inaugural Chef’s Table Honors — an invite-only celebration at Delilah — gathers the industry’s leading voices to recognize the most influential figures shaping the future of dining.

Running throughout the weekend: Revelry Revealed, a series of intimate master classes, live demonstrations, hands-on tastings, and behind-the-scenes experiences at unexpected resort locations. These are the moments the event is built around — small rooms, influential chefs, no cameras between you and the conversation.

Tickets

General admission to The Feast starts at $295. The all-access Ultimate Off Menu package starts at $3,500 per person, not inclusive of taxes or fees.

The Idea Behind It

Chef’s Table premiered on Netflix in 2015 and spent the next decade building something unusual: a global audience that genuinely cares about the inner lives of chefs. Not just what they cook, but why. The series made Thomas Keller’s precision feel personal. It made Asma Khan’s story feel urgent. It turned restaurant kitchens into the most compelling rooms on television.

Wynn Revelry is what happens when that relationship between audience and subject gets to exist in three dimensions. You’re not watching Sorn through a screen. You’re eating Ice Jongsiri’s food in Las Vegas in September. The distance the documentary always maintained — respectful, cinematic, deliberate — disappears.

That’s what this weekend is actually selling. Not just dinner. Not just access. The chance to be in the room where the story is happening instead of watching it from your couch.
