The Regenerative Grain Straight Bourbon, a rare micro-batch offering, was handpicked by 1 Hotels’ beverage directors Steven Minor and Harrison Deakin. It was meticulously crafted by Brother’s Bond in collaboration with North Carolina distiller Pete Barger. This partnership not only champions the sustainability efforts of both brands but also delivers a spirit with exceptional flavor and complexity—crafted from regenerative grain farming that supports soil health and sustainable agriculture practices.
Since its inception in 2021, Brother’s Bond Bourbon has remained committed to sustainability, with a portion of proceeds from each bottle benefiting Kiss the Ground, an organization focused on regenerating the soil. By prioritizing regenerative grain, Brother’s Bond continues to set a new standard in the industry—producing premium, environmentally conscious products that reflect both the land and the care taken in its stewardship.
