Guests will begin the First Course with a choice of Butternut Squash Soup with fried sage, pomegranate kernels, and aged balsamic vinegar, or the Arugula Pear Salad with shaved Pecorino, dried cranberries, fine herbs, and honey house dressing.
The Second Course offers a choice between the Mary’s Free-Range Turkey Breast with Italian sausage, apple sage stuffing, house-made turkey gravy served with a classic cranberry sauce; Prime Rib Style Strip Loin Steak with a mustard herb crust, watercress, caramelized onions, horseradish cream sauce and au jus, Pan Roasted Atlantic Salmon prepared with tarragon, tomato, capers, grilled lemon and beurre blanc sauce, or Stuffed Roasted Acorn Squash served with forbidden rice, butternut squash, Brussels sprouts and cranberries.

The Raymond 1886 will also be offering Complimentary Sides including Mashed Potatoes, Haricot Verts with Mushroom Cream Sauce and Fried Onions, Honey Dijon Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and Dinner Rolls served with house-made Butter. Dessert features two delectable options The Favorite, apple pie a la mode, or The Other Favorite, pumpkin cheesecake with autumn spiced Chantilly.
