Culinary Excellence Meets Island Soul
The Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival (NPIWFF) is the Caribbean’s premier epicurean event — a dazzling fusion of global celebrity chefs, Bahamian culinary stars, and unforgettable island experiences.
This year’s lineup showcases the biggest names in food television and fine dining:
Bobby Flay, Kardea Brown, Katie Lee, Michael Symon, José Andrés, Alon Shaya, JJ Johnson, and Michael White, along with master mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim.
The festival also celebrates local Bahamian talent, spotlighting chefs Julie Lightbourne (Sip Sip), Kenneth McKenzie (McKenzie’s Fresh Conch), and Wayne Moncur (Sun & Ice).
“Atlantis Paradise Island continues to lead the Caribbean as the region’s culinary capital,”
“We are proud to bring together global icons and Bahamian innovators in one extraordinary celebration of taste, talent, and community.”

Festival Highlights — Where Flavor Meets Festivity
The 2025 NPIWFF is as much about celebration as it is about cuisine. Each day brings a new signature event, pairing world-class dishes with world-class entertainment.

A Culinary Powerhouse: Atlantis Paradise Island

2025 Nassau Wine & Food Festival
The festival also highlights Bahamian-owned favorites such as Bon Vivants, Mudda Freeze, The New Duff, The Poop Deck Sandyport, and Wild Thyme.
“The festival perfectly reflects Atlantis’s mission to celebrate Bahamian culture while inspiring global travelers through exceptional dining experiences,”
Lee Brian Schrager
founder of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival and NYCWFF,
who joins NPIWFF’s production team for a second year alongside Randy Fisher of CREaM.
Good Taste for a Good Cause
Beyond the indulgence, the Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival supports an important mission: protecting the marine beauty that makes The Bahamas magical.
Proceeds benefit the Atlantis Blue Project Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to conserving coral reefs, sea turtles, sharks, manatees, and other marine species across the Caribbean.
Founded in 2005, the foundation embodies Atlantis’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and ocean preservation. Learn more at blueprojectatlantis.org.
