Your historical dining journey begins before you even board our elegant vintage train. Guests are welcomed at the station with a glass of wine or bubbly and an enticing display of appetizers. Then, you’ll board the train for a tasting of house wine or bubbly and your culinary journey will begin! Welcome the new year with a four-course dinner, featuring starters such as grilled local duck sausage, and pacific halibut and salmon crudo. Choose from mains like house-made ricotta gnocchi, pan-seared Pacific salmon and sea salt & black pepper-cured moulard duck breast. Of course, we won’t forget dessert.
