Copyright and Content Submission Policy
By submitting any content to a FlavRReport or Daily Ovation publication — including comments, tips, guest submissions, or images — you represent and warrant that:
- You own the content or have explicit written permission from the rights holder to submit it
- Your submission does not infringe any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other intellectual property right of any third party
- You grant United Digital Agency, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to publish, display, and distribute your submission across the Network
We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, infringes third-party rights or violates this policy.
Submitting content you do not own may result in removal of your contribution and termination of your account.
