The Strip’s most luxurious destination is turning up the heat this fall. Wynn Las Vegas has officially announced the return of REVELRY, its acclaimed week-long culinary festival, set for September 19–27, 2025. Featuring a world-class roster of chefs, mixologists, and culinary artists from around the globe—including teams from Wynn Las Vegas, Wynn Al Marjan Island, Wynn Macau, and Wynn Palace—REVELRY promises an unforgettable celebration of taste, innovation, and cultural richness.

From a walk-around global tasting under the stars to one-night-only collaboration dinners and interactive masterclasses, REVELRY 2025 cements Wynn Las Vegas as a premier destination for gastronomic excellence.

Festival Highlights: Food, Fire, and First-Class Flavor

The Feast

Saturday, Sept. 20 | 7:30 p.m. | Event Pavilion and Lawn
The signature event of REVELRY returns in grand style. Guests will embark on a multi-sensory global culinary journey featuring immersive “realms,” each with top-tier chefs:

  • Four Sixes Ranch Cookout: Chefs Daniel Castillo, Burt Bakman, and Alberto Trujillo light up the open fire with bold BBQ flavors and prime cuts.

  • Destination: Mexico: Baja tacos, Mexico City sophistication, and Yucatán flavors from Chefs Delgado, Alvarez, Garcia, and Sarah Thompson.

  • Postcards from the Mediterranean: Travel through Italy and Greece with Chefs Antonia Lofaso, Enzo Febbraro, and Martin Heierling.

  • Passage Through Asia: Michelin-starred sushi, dim sum, and mixology magic from Chefs Jeff Ramsey, Shirley Chung, and Mariena Mercer Boarini.

  • Sweet Dreams: A nostalgic and elegant dessert finale from Jennifer Yee, Roxana Jullapat, and Daniel Mattern.
