Los Angeles: Chef Neal Fraser of Redbird, Vibiana Hosts C-CAP Los Angeles 2nd Annual Full Circle Benefit

Chef Neal Fraser of Redbird | Vibiana Hosts All-Star Celebrity Chef 2nd Annual “Full Circle” Dinner to directly benefit the Los Angeles chapter of Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) on Thursday, April 25th, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Redbird in Downtown Los Angeles!

 

Chef Neal Fraser, one of L.A.’s most beloved Chef’s and a devoted C-CAP Los Angeles supporter, has reached out to some of his All-Star Celebrity Chef friends and fellow C-CAPsupporters: Josiah Citrin (Mélisse, Charcoal Venice, Dave’s Doghouse), Monti Carlo (Food Network), Sandra Cordero (Gasolina Café), Duff Goldman (Charm City Cakes, Food Network), Kyle Johnson (Bourbon Steak), Antonia Lofaso (Scopa Italian Roots, DAMA, Black Market Liquor Bar, The Local Peasant, Antonia Lofaso Catering), Nicole Rucker (Fiona),Dustin Trani, C-CAP Alumnus (J.Trani’s Ristorante) to come together for one very special evening.

The benefit will start with a very special Cocktail Reception at 6:00 pm featuring a delectable selection of hors d’oeuvres, New Zealand’s No 1 Cuvée Methode Traditionelle,premium craft beer from El Segundo Brewing Company, signature handcrafted cocktails created by Anthony Greco, C-CAP Alumnus (Lukshon by Sang Yoon, Father’s Office) and Alex Kitzmann (CATCH LA) featuring Green Bar Tequila and Ford’s Gin.

The Dinner & Live Auction portion of the evening will start at 7:30 pm where special guest Billy Harris (Hanging with Harris, Billy Harris Dinner Series) will wow guests as the livelyM.C. for the evening with special surprises while guests enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by some of L.A.’s most talented chefs, all of whom support C-CAP Los Angeles students and alumni served alongside delectable wine pairings from Wine Exchange, New Zealand Wine Navigator and Hitching Post Wines.
