Begin this exceptional experience with the Scottish Salmon Jalapeño Sashimi topped with micro cilantro and crispy garlic, served with ponzu sauce, then followed by a Truffle Pasta in ruffle cream soy sauce, ikura, and fresh truffle.

Next, is the Fresh Albacore Carpaccio served with bottarga, micro arugula, yuzu lemon, Ichimi pepper, sea salt, and extra virgin olive oil.

The Grilled Branzino is accompanied by sautéed mixed mushrooms and crispy Brussels sprouts with yuzu sake soy.

The final offering before the sweetest finish is the Sushi; five pieces of Chef’s Choice Nigiri Sushi, and a Baked Crab Avocado Hand Roll.
