Valentine’s Day Omakase Menu

($88.00 per person) that magically blends the modern with the traditional, while including a touch of romance.

Begin this exceptional experience with the Scottish Salmon Jalapeño Sashimi topped with micro cilantro and crispy garlic, served with ponzu sauce, then followed by a Truffle Pasta in ruffle cream soy sauce, ikura, and fresh truffle.

Next, is the Fresh Albacore Carpaccio served with bottarga, micro arugula, yuzu lemon, Ichimi pepper, sea salt, and extra virgin olive oil.

The Grilled Branzino is accompanied by sautéed mixed mushrooms and crispy Brussels sprouts with yuzu sake soy.

The final offering before the sweetest finish is the Sushi; five pieces of Chef’s Choice Nigiri Sushi, and a Baked Crab Avocado Hand Roll.

Savor the end of this culinary adventure with a Chocolate Lava Cake served with green tea gelato. A special Coconut Sakewith lychee will pair perfectly with this special menu, as would any of Yojisan Sushi’s Japanese Beer, Sake, or Wine.
