Starting Tuesday, November 10th, 2020 through Saturday, November 14th, 2020! 

Chef Paul Shoemaker will be offering his Six-Course Staycation Tasting Menu ($85 per person) to be enjoyed on any one of The Raymond 1886’s three patios or guests can savor his flavorful Six-Course Staycation Tasting Menu at home by ordering Takeout or Delivery ($65 per person).

The Raymond 1886 and 1886 Head Barman Jesus Gomez will also be offering a special optional Wine & Cocktail Pairing  ($35 per person) for guests that opt to patio dine at The Raymond 1886, and they will also be offering their full list of 1886 Cocktails, Wines by the Bottle, and Craft Beer to accompany Chef Shoemaker’s special menu for Takeout and Delivery.

Chef Paul Shoemaker’s Five-Day Staycation at The Raymond 1886 will run from Tuesday, November 10th, 2020 through Saturday, November 14th, 2020.

Chef Paul Shoemaker’s Six-Course Staycation Tasting Menu will be offered for Outdoor Patio Dinner Dining ($85 per person), or for Takeout and Delivery ($65 per person). The Raymond 1886 is open for Dinner every Tuesday through Sunday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and for Brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. 1886 is open every Tuesday through Sunday from 4:00 pm to 12:00 Midnight.

1886 Happy Hour is offered every Tuesday through Sunday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. About Chef Paul Shoemaker: Executive Chef Paul Shoemaker rose with recognition at Alan Ducasse and French Laundry before proving he is worth his salt in the kitchen at Water Grill and Providence with Chef Michael Cimarusti, opening his own restaurant Savory in Malibu, launching Juicy Lucy in downtown, Los Angeles, overseeing the kitchen at Jeffrey Best’s Firefly in Studio City, and most notably, at Joe Pytka’s Bastide, where Shoemaker earned himself a Michelin star in less than six months. This past year, Shoemaker was at the helm of the kitchen at the much-anticipated Verse, Manny Marroquin’s music-driven supper club in Toluca Lake.
