Be the Rex of the Krewe by kicking-off this special Mardi Gras celebration with specialty NOLA Cocktails and Gus’s Private Reserve Barrel from Old Forester, and for Mardi Gras revelers who like to “Laissez les bons temps rouler” (Let the good times roll), a Live Jazz Band starts at 9:00 pm for guests to dance the night away all-night long!
For those ready to indulge and eat, Magnolia House will be offering their Traditional Menu featuring favorites such as the Gus’s Fried Chicken Sandwich dressed with herb-cabbage slaw, sesame-ginger aioli, jalapeño, and dill pickle, or the Linguica Mac & Cheese made with shallots, pimento peppers, Monterey jack cheese, smoked gouda, white cheddar, and chives. Sweet lovers can also satisfy their cravings for French Quarter beignets by relishing the Loukoumades, Magnolia House’s delectable Greek donuts served with honey, cinnamon, pistachios, and vanilla bean semifreddo.

a crowning carnival cocktail made with Crème de Cacao White, Crème de menthe Green, Crème de menthe White, fresh cream, and Comandon Cognac V.S., topped with a mint garnish.
