Fresh rainbow carrot juice and jasmine honey bring together approachable earthy and floral notes

RECIPE:
1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
.75 oz. Lime Juice
.75 oz. Jasmine Honey
.25 oz. St Germain
.25 oz. Amaro Montenegro
.5 oz. Rainbow Carrot Juice

INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients into a tin with ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with dill sprig and two micro marigolds on top.

“The ingredients in our house Tequila cocktail were inspired by a vegetal riff on a skinny Margarita. Fresh rainbow carrot juice and jasmine honey bring together approachable earthy and floral notes without any additional sugar found in most syrups. The Amaro Montenegro adds complex bittersweet flavors that balance it all together.” – Melina Meza, Beverage Director at Olivetta

Cucumber juice is the fan favorite flavor

RECIPE:
1.25 oz. Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
1 oz. Cucumber Juice
.75 oz. Lime Juice
.75 oz. Herbes de Provence Cordial
.5 oz. Metaxa Brandy
.25 oz. Chareau Aloe

INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients into a tin with ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with Opal Basil bouquet.

“I made a cordial using a blend of dried herbs from the Provence region of France such as marjoram, sage, fennel, lavender and oregano. These herbal notes go hand and hand with Chareau aloe liqueur and Metaxa Greek brandy. Cucumber juice is the fan favorite flavor bringing each component in a harmonious smoky-savory profile that even non-mezcal drinkers are flocking to.” – Melina Meza, Beverage Director at Olivetta
