Before delving into any of Executive Chef Tanino Drago’s delicious Italian dishes, guests can delight in Bartender Mario Garcia’s Drago Passion Martini comprised of Ketel One vodka, St-Germain liqueur, passion fruit juice, and a splash of Grenadine, garnished with a strawberry and mint.
Drago Ristorante is also spreading some love this Valentine’s Day by offering lovers and singles a Complimentary Glass of Sparkling Rosé from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Lovers can then look into each other’s eyes while dining on specials from
Valentine’s Day Prix-Fixe Tasting Menu
Such as the Carpaccio di Capesante, scallop carpaccio with Peruvian potato salad and gold caviar, and a passion fruit vinaigrette;
the Risotto ai Frutti de Mare, a lemon zest seafood risotto; Garganelli alla Norcina, garganelli pasta with sausage, mushrooms, and black truffle, or the Filetto alla Griglia, a grilled filet mignon served with goat cheese mashed potatoes, grilled Treviso radicchio, and Barolo wine sauce.
For the finale, guests can enjoy Drago Ristorante’s passion fruit Cheesecake topped with a fresh raspberry sauce.
