Four-Course Valentine’s Day Chef Tasting Menu
($95.00 per person) or guests can enjoy Drago Centro’s special À la carte Dinner Menu.
Lovers can begin by sipping Bar Manager Emraan Jawaid’s Lozenge of Love cocktail comprised of vodka, velvet falernum, fraise des boise and cream, garnished with a shaved Italian strawberry.

Lovers that select the Drago Centro Valentine’s Day Chef Tasting Menu will start the evening with the Antipasti featuring a choice of Tuna Tartare Toro served with caviar, yuzu dressing, and micro shiso, or the Buffala Mozzarella with a roasted beet purée, balsamic pearls, and pesto dressing.
The Primi Piatti offers a choice of Lobster Tortelloni in a Cioppino sauce with zucchini and saffron foam, or the Lasagnette Bolognese.
The Secondi Piatti includes a choice between the Arctic Char served in a tomato sorrel broth with root vegetables, or the Prime NY Steak with a black garlic sabayon, salsa verde, roasted potato, and Cipollini.
