With summer officially underway, Pearl’s BBQ turns up the heat at their Pearl’s BBQ 4th of July Texas Picnic that you won’t want to miss! Ready, with a real handcrafted Texas smoker, plenty of white oak wood, only C.A.B. Certified Angus Beef and training from the best Pitmasters in Texas, Head Cowboy & Pearl’s BBQ Pitmaster Dana Blanchard will be smoking some of the best barbecue you have ever tasted in the City of Angels, and after just one bite of the just Smoked Brisket guests will be clearing their calendars and preparing to celebrate Fourth of July at Pearl’s BBQ all weekend long.
Tito’s Vodka and Jack Daniels kick-off this five-day patriotic celebration on Wednesday, June 27th, 2018 with a Full Bar to serve up your favorite bevvies and for traditional enthusiasts, Lone Star Shiner and Coors Banquet have guests covered with the promise of ice-cold Beer all weekend long.

And, of course Fourth of July weekend would not be the same without melt-in-your-mouth barbeque, and Pearl’s BBQ is here to deliver with their 16 hour Smoked Brisket and 12 hour Smoked Beef Short Ribs rubbed with secret spices and served with sides that will knock your boots off.
Dig into Cowboy Roy’s Handmade Baked Beans, Coleslaw with house-made mayo, or creamy Potato Salad that is sure to brighten your palate.
