Music Meets Fashion Event 2025 Brings High Style, Live Music supporting American Diabetes Association in Santa Ana on August 9

In an era where cultural experiences are often fleeting, the Music Meets Fashion event 2025 in is determined to make its mark.

On August 9 in Santa Ana, an elevated fusion of couture runway, electrifying live performances, and heartfelt advocacy will converge to support the American Diabetes Association. Curated by Grammy-considered recording artist Annyett Royale and produced by Royale Records, this gathering is not just another fashion-meets-music showcase. It is a living tribute to resilience, creativity, and the power of art to drive change.

From its red carpet glamour to the debut of Royale’s latest single “Destiny,” this year’s event promises an immersive sensory experience while shining a spotlight on the realities of living with diabetes — a cause deeply personal to Royale.

For guests in Los Angeles, Manhattan, Las Vegas, Miami Beach, Aspen, Berlin, and beyond, this is the kind of destination event where cultural cachet meets meaningful purpose.

From Personal Challenge to Cultural Movement

Annyett Royale was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at just four years old. Rather than letting the condition define her limits, she used it as the driving force behind her career and advocacy.

“No one talks about how you live with diabetes — they only talk about the severe complications from having it,”

Annyett Royale

“Music has been my outlet and my therapy, it’s also been my stage to create awareness and uplift others. I want people to know they can keep dreaming, no matter the obstacles.”

Founded in 2017, Music Meets Fashion was born from that vision.

According to the American Diabetes Association, over 38 million Americans live with diabetes, including more than 2 million with type 1. The event stands as both a celebration and an education, offering visibility for the lived experience of those managing the disease daily.

Honoring a Legacy

The 2025 showcase is more than an annual spectacle — it’s also a tribute. Royale’s late co-producer and co-founder, Jamal Parker, passed away due to complications from type 1 diabetes. His influence remains woven into the DNA of the event, inspiring the continued blend of artistry and impact.

His contributions to the inaugural 2017 show helped set the tone for what Music Meets Fashion has become — a space where runway drama, musical artistry, and social advocacy are inseparable.

The Main Event: Couture, Sound, and Advocacy

Taking place at The Plug in Santa Ana from 2 PM to 7 PM, the Music Meets Fashion event 2025 unfolds in two acts. The VIP hour from 2–3 PM offers an open bar, crafted cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and exclusive swag bags, alongside red carpet interviews by Allen Shay of Our Society TV.

At 3 PM, the main show ignites with live sets from artists including J.T. Beatz, Dex Elliot, Berkley the Artist, and Kijafa. The lineup also features emcee RJ “Poloman” Johnson and comedian Nicky Simone.

The energy will peak with the debut performance of “Destiny,” Royale’s latest single, produced with Lorie V. Moore — known for her role as a finalist on The X Factor USA Season 3. Moore will also take the DJ booth for the first time.

The creative helm is shared by Visual Producer J Pash, CIM Entertainment Group’s Raven Wilson, and Lorie Moore, alongside Royale. Together, they ensure the visual and sonic experience matches the event’s high purpose.

Anita M. Dominguez

“Annyett’s journey and voice bring much-needed visibility and inspiration to the millions impacted by this disease.”

Where Art and Advocacy Walk the Same Runway

“Music Meets Fashion is where art and advocacy walk the same runway,” Royale affirms. “It’s glamorous, it’s powerful, and it’s deeply personal. It’s bigger than the music.”
