Justin Timberlake Kicks Off The Fall/Winter Leg Of “Man Of The Woods Tour” Starting 9/19 In Lexington, KY

Multi-talented actor and musician Justin Timberlake has sold over 32 million albums worldwide, and sold-out arenas across the globe.  Timberlake released his fourth solo album, “Man Of The Woods” in the Spring of 2018.

After a wildly successful European leg of his “Man of The Woods” tour this summer, multi-platinum artist Justin Timberlake brings his “futurist spectacle of sleek angles and high-tech lights” back to the states for a 49-date cross-country run starting Wednesday, September 19 in Lexington, KY and ending, January 29, 2019 in Denver, Colorado. The tour was ranked by Pollstar as one of the top 10 worldwide tours on their mid-year report and by the end of the year Justin will have performed in front of nearly 1.5 million people. Tickets for the tour are available at Ticketmaster.com.

The show is being praised for its 360-degree multistage layout featuring an extensive winding walkway, simulating a path in the woods, which allows Timberlake and his dancers to get closer to fans on all sides of the arenas. The San Francisco Chronicle said, “Justin Timberlake seemed to downsize the cavernous SAP Center through showmanship, an indefatigable performance and a generous assist from a well-designed set.”

The performance includes sleek dance numbers, cutting edge lasers and 3D projections to bring to life the setlist filled with fresh takes on his slew of hit songs, from his five chart-topping albums, including “Mirrors,” “Sexyback,” “Suit &Tie,” “My Love,” and the Oscar-nominated “Can’t Stop The Feeling.

The pop singer’s stop on his Man of the Woods tour was an engrossing spectacle that turned the arena into his personal wooded playland; no concert artist has come close to using Little Caesars Arena’s  space this creatively…” – Detroit News

“…a deeply gifted performer who reads the room better than anyone,” – Philly.com

The merchandise for the tour was conceptualized and designed by Heron Preston who most recently collaborated with NASA, Nike, DSNY and Virgil Abloh.

In addition to the tour, Timberlake recently announced the release of his book, HINDSIGHT& All the Things I Can’t See in Front of Me—which will give readers a peek into Timberlake’s creative process through an intimate collection of images from his personal archives that range from childhood to present day. Timberlake fills the book with anecdotes, reflections, and observations on his life and work to give readers more context behind what inspires him and what goes into producing a highly orchestrated live show and tour. The book, which was designed by Michael Bierut and which Timberlake wrote with Sandra Bark, will be available October 30theverywhere books are sold.
