World Central Kitchen and Restaurants Care.<\/p>\n Host restaurant Lawry\u2019s The Prime Rib Beverly Hills<\/strong> had the honor of presenting the VIP Michelin Experience Hour<\/strong>, featuring Eight Michelin Chef Tastings<\/strong> and an elegant Eight-Course Tasting Menu<\/strong> for 262 guests.<\/p>\n Guests were treated to a one hour Intimate VIP Michelin Experience<\/strong>, showcasing seven signature dishes from culinary titans including William Bradley<\/strong>, Josiah Citrin<\/strong>, Michael Cimarusti<\/strong>, Jordan Kahn<\/strong>, Niki Nakayama & Carole Lida-Nakayama<\/strong>, Jon Yao<\/strong>, and Curtis Stone<\/strong>, Astrea Caviar<\/a>, six premium wines, and three craft cocktails including Chef Michael Voltaggio’s<\/strong> Marcado 28 Tequila<\/a> and Chef Elizabeth Falkner’s<\/strong> T\u2019MARO Amaro<\/a> which set the stage for an evening of indulgence.<\/p>\n As dinner service commenced, an all-star lineup of chefs, including timeline and sequence of service. He worked closely with the Lawry\u2019s culinary, beverage, and service teams, including COO Tiffany Stith<\/strong>, who was involved in every detail, to ensure exceptional execution. Co-Event Producer Jacqui Leanza<\/strong> managed the development of the\u00a0CHEFS <\/strong>\u2764\ufe0f<\/strong> LA<\/strong>\u00a0website, managed the ticketing platform, addressed dietary restrictions and allergies, and oversaw charity and sponsor relations. Every detail was carefully curated, from the selection and rental of silverware, glassware, and China to creating a cohesive and refined dining experience. Metzger and Leanza worked closely with the Lawry\u2019s restaurant team for weeks to refine service protocols, particularly to accommodate guests with allergies. Lawry\u2019s Culinary Director Jon Wood<\/strong> developed alternative dishes for five courses to ensure every guest could fully enjoy the meal. Chef Daniel Boulud<\/strong> and his team arrived early to prepare a delicate Mushroom Consomm\u00e9<\/em><\/strong> as a substitute for their Lobster Bisque<\/em><\/strong>, accommodating those with shellfish allergies, while Chef Suzanne Goin<\/strong> crafted an alternative to her signature salad for guests with pork or dairy restrictions. The rapid response underscored not only the public\u2019s desire to support wildfire relief but also the immense respect for the producers, chefs and the personalities driving this initiative.
