Food & Wine<\/b>,\u00a0Southern Living<\/b>, and\u00a0Travel + Leisure\u00a0<\/b>announce the talent, programming and events lineup for the inaugural\u00a0FOOD & WINE Classic in\u00a0Charleston<\/span><\/b><\/a>, set for\u00a0September 27-29, 2024<\/span><\/b>.<\/p>\n From star-studded cooking demos and wine tastings to the ultimate tailgate, tickets are on sale now for this premier culinary weekend showcasing the best of\u00a0Charleston<\/span>\u00a0and beyond.<\/p>\n Presented by Explore Charleston, the FOOD & WINE Classic<\/a> in\u00a0Charleston<\/span>\u00a0is an extension of the iconic FOOD & WINE Classic in\u00a0Aspen<\/span>, bringing more than 40 years of expertise to spotlight the Lowcountry’s unique culinary and cultural offerings.<\/p>\n A centerpoint for the weekend, the legendary Grand Tasting Pavilion will feature more than 100 winemakers, distillers, chefs, and purveyors serving wine, spirits and food from the local area and around the world.<\/p>\n The programming will include more than 40 cooking demos, panels, and wine and spirits seminars with best-in-class talent including:<\/p>\n Tyler Florence<\/span>,\u00a0Andrew Zimmern<\/span>,\u00a0Maneet Chauhan<\/span>,\u00a0Sean Brock<\/span>,\u00a0Alexander Smalls<\/span>,\u00a0Al Roker<\/span>,\u00a0Brooke Williamson<\/span>,\u00a0Erick Williams<\/span>,\u00a0Stephanie Izard<\/span>,\u00a0Tamron Hall<\/span>, CJ McCollum,\u00a0Claudette Zepeda<\/span>,\u00a0Wanda Mann<\/span>,\u00a0<\/b>as well as local favorites\u00a0Mike Lata,\u00a0Miles White<\/span>,\u00a0Femi Oyediran<\/span>,\u00a0Bethany Heinze<\/span>,\u00a0John Lewis<\/span>,\u00a0Rodney Scott<\/span>,\u00a0Carrie Morey<\/span>,<\/b>\u00a0and many more.<\/p>\n See the full talent line-up<\/a>.<\/p>\n Hunter Lewis<\/span>, Editor in Chief of Food & Wine said, “It’s always an honor to bring together some of the most dynamic talent in the food world. Guests will enjoy Lowcountry traditions, exceptional Southern BBQ, and world-class cocktails at this gorgeous new resort, with appearances by Chef\u00a0Tyler Florence<\/span>, Pitmasters John Lewis,\u00a0Rodney Scott<\/span>, and\u00a0Hector Garate<\/span>, and musical guest Boy Named Banjo.
