Guests will begin the First Course<\/strong> with a choice of Butternut Squash Soup<\/em><\/strong> with fried sage, pomegranate kernels, and aged balsamic vinegar, or the Aru<\/em><\/strong>gula<\/em><\/strong> Pear Salad<\/em><\/strong> with shaved Pecorino, dried cranberries, fine herbs, and honey house dressing.<\/p>\n

The Second Course<\/strong> offers a choice between the Mary\u2019s Free-Range Turkey Breast<\/em><\/strong> with Italian sausage, apple sage stuffing, house-made turkey gravy served with a classic cranberry sauce; Prime Rib Style Strip Loin Steak<\/em><\/strong> with a mustard herb crust, watercress, caramelized onions, horseradish cream sauce and au jus, Pan Roasted Atlantic Salmon <\/em><\/strong>prepared with tarragon, tomato, capers, grilled lemon and beurre blanc sauce, or Stuffed Roasted Acorn Squash<\/em><\/strong> served with forbidden rice, butternut squash, Brussels sprouts and cranberries.<\/p>\n
