Staff members could be wearing gloves and masks, temperature checks at the door and disposable menus could become commonplace.<\/h3>\n

\u201cThis could become the new normal,\u201d\u00a0 Newsom offered<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

California Governor Gavin Newsom<\/strong>, Oregon Governor Kate Brown<\/strong>, and Washington Governor Jay Inslee<\/strong> have named their new initiative the Regional Pact to Recovery. It explains how the three West Coast states will ultimately \u201crestart public life and business,\u201d which halted significantly due to the spread of COVID-19.<\/p>\n

The three governors outlined a plan that restores personal restrictions, and businesses \u2014 including restaurants and bars \u2014 previously deemed as non-essential in the wake of COVID-19.<\/p>\n
