The Truffle Festival tasting menu features<\/h1>\n

delectable dishes and pairings highlighting an elite selection of fresh truffles<\/strong>,<\/p>\n

including the Burrata Cheese Spoon with a liquid truffle sphere, hazelnut and sage;<\/p>\n

Croquetas de Jam\u00f3n with quince and truffle;<\/p>\n

Kobe Airbread with onion jam and parmesan espuma;<\/p>\n

Beet & Citrus Salad featuring payoyo cheese, blood orange and Buddha\u2019s hand;<\/p>\n

63-degree Egg with potato espuma, crestas, farro and white truffle;<\/p>\n

Vittore Carpaccio 2020<\/strong> made with one-year aged Snake River Farms Ribeye, served with Tetilla pan de cristal.<\/p>\n

Desserts<\/strong> include a display of decadent cream puffs, eclairs, cakes and assorted tarts.<\/p>\n

The menu is specially curated by Bazaar Meat Executive Chef Alex Pitts<\/strong> along with Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s\u2019 team at ThinkFoodGroup. Truffle Festival will be featured at several other ThinkFoodGroup restaurants across the country, including all Bazaar locations.<\/p>\n
