Pre-sale tickets can be purchased at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ticketmaster.com\/reginaspektorbroadway\">ticketmaster.com\/reginaspektorbroadway<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cI am so inspired as I plan these five nights on Broadway<\/strong> at the Lunt-Fontanne, a beautiful old theater with a rich history. One of the things I\u2019m most excited about is the chance to explore theatrical elements within my concert show. This isn\u2019t a \u2018Broadway Show,\u2019 and yet it\u2019s not a tour concert, either. I\u2019m revisiting all the songs I\u2019ve ever written, to see how some of them might group together and connect into a show. I am thinking up some fun ways to incorporate special guests as well. I\u2019ll be rotating the solo songs quite a bit between the dates, and I\u2019m finding ways to reimagine many of them. Some haven\u2019t been played since my days of playing bars, cafes and open mics. So far the plan is to set up at the Lunt-Fontanne, and in my own small way, pay homage to Broadway!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The shows are in conjunction with\u00a0<strong>In Residence On Broadway<\/strong>, produced by\u00a0<strong>Live Nation<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>The Arca Group<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>EBG\u00a0<\/strong>(<strong>Entertainment Benefits Group<\/strong>). For tickets and more information you can call 877-250-2929.<\/p>\n<p>Spektor\u2019s most recent album,\u00a0<em>Remember Us To Life<\/em>, is the subject of extensive critical praise from the likes of NPR,\u00a0<em>Entertainment Weekly<\/em>,\u00a0<em>New York Magazine<\/em>,\u00a0<em>People\u00a0<\/em>and many more<em>. Esquire\u00a0<\/em>both hail her as \u201cour generation\u2019s Joni Mitchell,\u201d while\u00a0<em>Rolling Stone<\/em>also calls her\u00a0\u201ca pop eccentric [who] wraps underdog storytelling in brilliant songcraft.\u201d In support of\u00a0<em>Remember Us To Life<\/em>,\u00a0Spektor performed sold-out shows across the U.S. to rave reviews, with\u00a0<em>The Santa Barbara Independent\u00a0<\/em>praising her \u201cimpeccable storytelling and whimsical piano playing,\u201d while the\u00a0<em>Portland Press Herald\u00a0<\/em>calls her performance \u201csoul-moving,\u201d saying that Spektor \u201cdelivered a stunning performance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Born in the Soviet Union, Spektor first saw commercial success with the gold-certified LP\u00a0<em>Begin to Hope\u00a0<\/em>which includes singles \u201cOn the Radio\u201d and \u201cBetter,\u201d as well as \u201cFidelity\u201d which climbed the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. Spektor\u2019s fifth album,\u00a0<em>Far\u00a0<\/em>(2009)<em>,\u00a0<\/em>and sixth album,<em>What We Saw From the Cheap Seats\u00a0<\/em>(2012), both debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 albums chart.
