Throughout my life I have faced a number of obstacles, but through all of my trials I have been lucky to be a part of <b>C-CAP<\/b>,\u201d states Greco. \u201cThey not only opened a doorway to my dreams, they also illuminated my path to success. Now, as I look at the course of my life, I realize <b>C-CAP<\/b> has given me the opportunity to pursue my version of James Truslow Adams\u2019 American Dream. My long term goal is not just to give back once, but to give back continuously\u2014and share the immense gratitude I hold for <b>C-CAP<\/b> any way I can.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyovation.com\/2018\/10\/02\/chef-jason-mcclain-chef-dinner-c-cap\/screen-shot-2018-10-02-at-10-25-41-pm\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-14353\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14353\" src=\"https:\/\/dailyovation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Screen-Shot-2018-10-02-at-10.25.41-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"562\" height=\"606\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The <b>Dinner &amp; Live<\/b> <b>Auction<\/b> portion of the evening will start at 7:30 pm where chefs <b>Susan Feniger<\/b><i> (<\/i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bordergrill.com\/\"><span class=\"s2\"><i>Border Grill<\/i><\/span><\/a><i>),<\/i> a true Celebrity Chef with numerous accolades, and <b>Monti Carlo<\/b> of <b>Food Network\u2019s<\/b> <b><i>The Best Thing I ever Ate<\/i><\/b>, will co-host as <b>Special Guest M.C.s<\/b> for the evening, while guests enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by four of L.A.\u2019s most talented chefs, all of whom give their time to support <b>C-CAP<\/b> Los Angeles students and alumni, an organization they are all very passionate about. \u201c<b>C-CAP<\/b> is a wonderful and valuable organization. For the kids, it teaches and provides a solid foundation of culinary, professional, social and life skills.
