Prince Harry is shaping up to be quite the model husband-to-be.

The former party boy, who, before his engagement to Meghan Markle, often made tabloid headlines for his devilish romps near and far (in Las Vegas, to be exact), seems to be turning a new leaf, looking happier and healthier now that the former actress is by his side.

Markle, who has long been vocal about leading a well balanced lifestyle, regularly practicing hot yoga and sticking to a vegan diet during the week, is bringing that positive influence into her upcoming marriage.

According to Vanity Faircontributor Katie Nicholl, upon moving in together, the brunette cleaned out all the junk food found in the prince’s cabinets, replacing them with fresh vegetables from her local Whole Foods Market, just steps away from Kensington Palace.

Since then, the duo has shared an interest in preparing freshly made meals together—even famously proclaiming their love over home-cooked roast chicken.

Now, Harry is taking his health to the next level so to prepare for his upcoming May nuptials.

Trading in his beloved morning bacon for something slightly less caloric, the groom-to-be is reportedly working with London-based nutritionist, Gabriela Peacock.

In addition to recommending a diet that’s low in sugar, high in protein, and completely devoid of dairy, Peacock has also formulated a line of nutritional supplements targeting everything from immunity to sleep in order to best aid her clients.

The expert, who is a big fan of antioxidant-packed berries and fresh, superfood smoothie bowls, has been known to fine-tune the diets of many English public figures (even rumored royal bride, Princess Eugenie).

But as Peacock would likely agree, adopting clean food choices in only the half of it. That’s why Prince Harry, who is no stranger to a heart-pumping workout, having spent a decade in the military, is back in the gym, likely the work of his extremely fit bride.

After all, Markle, a former Tracy Anderson Method member when she lived in Los Angeles, is regularly spotted working out at Chelsea’s KX studio, where her fiancé has also been known to get in a training session or two.

And those early-morning alarm clocks are seriously paying off: Prince Harry seems more sculpted than ever, sporting fitted knits and tailored suits with self-confidence.

Most noticeably, perhaps, is the loss of Harry’s longtime, right-hand accessory: his Marlboro Lights. Thanks to Markle’s encouragement, her husband-to-be was able to ditch the nasty smoking habit.

In keeping with the theme, it has been said the couple has also cut back on drinking alcohol as part of their pre-wedding detox method.

While these new healthy habits arrive just in time for their big day,they will also come in handy as the couple chase after a brood of young ones. “I’m sure at some point we’ll need the whole [lot]!” Markle hinted this morning while looking at a pile of adorable baby clothes. Hopefully sooner rather than later.
