Our goal will be to create a best-in-class quality, selection, value and personal service direct-to-consumer company,” explained Roney.

“This is a situation where one plus one will equal three in the digital wine space.  We are looking forward to having the shared vision and the resources to accomplish what we originally set out to do,” remarked Kogan.
