Products were judged in Northern California by a panel of Masters of Taste selected by Chefs In America. The panel comprised of culinary experts trained in sensory evaluation. The taste test was conducted using a “triple blind” judging process to ensure an accurate and fair results. Evaluators do not know the manufacturer, the product variety or other evaluators scores or comments while judging.
