Here’s Everything You Want to Eat at Coachella

Coachella Food and Vendors

Once you’ve purchased your passes and combed the lineup for your favorite bands, there’s just one more detail to plan for your Coachella experience: What you’re going to eat. Dining options on the festival grounds run the gamut from grab-and-go snacks to gorgeous dinner party experiences helmed by renowned chefs.

Between you and us, Roy Choi’s Pot Pizza Joint stand will be offering an off-menu slice you’ll want to order. In addition to their cheese, pepperoni, and “K-Town” options, those in the know will be able to request a piece of cheese pizza topped with caramelized kimchi, shiso greens, Thai basil, and beef bulgogi. Another secret treat we’ve been tipped off to can be found at the Menotti’s coffee booth: Order your latte “Big O” style and you’ll get an oat milk version of the on-menu Spanish latte, infused with CBD oil.

There’s plenty to drink throughout the weekend, of course. Among the beverage selections, Broken Shaker will be overseeing cocktails in the VIP section, a hidden tiki bar by New York cocktail gurus PDT returns for a second year, and Absolut vodka pops up with an immersive lounge called Openhouse.

A brisk (and cooling) new addition this year are “refreshment pods,” which will be sprinkled throughout the festival grounds vending kombucha, juice, cold brew coffee, and water.

If all the dancing and trekking between stages gets to be too much and you’re ready to indulge in a more refined, seated meal experience, Outstanding in the Field offers elegant events each night. Ticketed separately, these dinners in the VIP Rose Garden are available to all Coachella attendees.

Below, find some more highlights of the 2018 Coachella food offerings.
