Happy Family today unveiled its first-ever cookbook, the Happy Family Organic Superfoods Cookbook for Baby & Toddler, by Founder and CEO, Shazi Visram, and with chef Cricket Azima, Founder and CEO of The Creative Kitchen. With more than 70 easy-to-prepare recipes made with nutritionally-rich ingredients, the Happy Family Organic Superfoods Cookbook offers a fresh, nutritious and accessible approach to feeding children from starting solids through to toddler years. The book celebrates the company’s Enlightened Nutrition Philosophy – that exposing children to a wide variety of nutritious foods early on helps lay the foundation of healthy eating habits throughout life.
